Practitioner Training in Creative Expression

The One Year’s Practitioners Training in Creative Expression is  a unique course that is designed to train and support you in structuring, holding the space and running short-term self-expression personal development groups and workshops. Either:

  • As  an extension to other approaches you offer i.e. counseling, psychotherapy, body work, healing, yoga etc
  • You have done considerable Making Moves workshops/groups and feel strongly called to work in this way.
  • You want to offer creativity, drama, ritual workshops within your community.

 Training in Private Practice for Dramatherapists

Are you passionate about drama therapy and want to take that work out into the world?
Perhaps you are at a turning point in your career and feel too a calling to really stretch as a dramatherapist, to develop the work you want to do with clients who are committed to working with you  and to set up a private practice.

This one year training is specifically designed for dramatherapists to support you in setting up your private practice and adapting your current skills to meet the needs of this client group. It will also steer you through the many pitfalls and challenges of operating a successful private practice.

You may have gathered from reading about my training approach, marketing is the essence of running a successful practice. And I don’t mean marketing  as the manipulative messages put out by the big companies on how to get you to buy their products  – and which have become such a feature of the internet.

I mean marketing as a way of communicating and building relationships with potential clients. So its not about manipulating them into using your services, it’s about how you can serve them best. And at some point you will need a website.

If you’re a therapist, healer or complementary practitioner you may already have a web site but don’t have much evidence it’s really working for you or you know you need to build one – and haven’t got a clue where to start…

 WEB HEART will help you to create a powerful website. In fact a website doesn’t need to be flashy or complicated. A simple website which delivers an authentic message right from the heart is far more effective.
