Coming out of your shell is a delicate process. It needs to be handled with care – and so often it gets confused with lack of confidence, a lowered self-esteem, emotional upset, feeling low, blocked or depressed. I have found that when most people emerge from their shell these problems only too quickly disappear.

I offer two free e-courses to help you on your path to emerging from your shell, to overcome shyness, stage-fright and for greater self-confidence – in which I share with you how I did it, and how you can do the same. Each e-course includes powerful exercises and information that have had a significant impact on the many people who have done them – see each e-course for some of their comments.
Each e-course is aimed at slightly different people. I suggest you choose one or the other, as there are some overlaps - which you may find a bit overwhelming.

If you are an introvert or think you might be, this e-course will be very enlightening for you and may change how you see yourself. And if you are not sure if you are an introvert do “The Gifted Introvert Test” and see if you qualify.
Don’t worry if you don’t have time to do the e-course now. Many people have taken from days to weeks to do the e-course as there are a number of exercises that you will find very insightful and empowering if you do them.
