It needs to be handled with care – and so often it gets confused with  lack of confidence, a lowered self-esteem, emotional upset, feeling low, blocked or depressed. I have found that when most people emerge from their shell these problems only too quickly disappear.

Each e-course includes powerful exercises and information that have had a significant impact on the many people who have done them – see each e-course for some of their comments.

Each e-course is aimed at slightly different people. I suggest you choose one or the other, as there are some overlaps  - which you may find a bit overwhelming.
