“The fun of it!! Working with eternally relevant myths, dressing up, letting go of self-imposed restrictions, rediscovering the exhuberance of being a child at play without judgment or restriction. It was all very liberating and funny and poignant. And at times, richly profound and illuminating.” C.V. (Presenter)

"I discovered that I am unique – that there is no point comparing myself to others. That sometimes it is better for me to be silent/ no words – to just accept or trust my thoughts or feelings. I learnt to trust myself more and others. SB (Teacher)

"A wonderful sense of affinity. A pot pourri of honesty, openness, courage and support.. RB (IT Consultant)

“I am still swimming in a sea of good feelings!!! I think I was brought back to life after a very long sleep…” J.S. (Lawyer)

“Shyness – the Way Out”

photo of young woman flying

Do you experience shyness is some form? Maybe it's not shyness you feel, but a lack of confidence, a reticence in putting yourself forward, or letting yourself be seen and your voice heard.

This is experienced by many, so be assured you are not alone. Many people experience this in some degree.

There is certainly a way out. I got out myself, so I know it can be done, and I have helped countless people to break out of their box and to make their bid for freedom.

The purpose of the mini e-book thus is to:

· Give a deeper understanding and insight into the causes of shyness

· Describe my own journey with shyness and how I broke out

· Demonstrate the ways in which shyness has been overcome through personal stories of people who combated shyness

· Provide tools and resources that will put you on a track to finding your way out

· How and why drama is the fastest and most effective way of overcoming shyness

Dear Claire,

Thank you for sending me the e-book, I found it very helpful!

It's such a comfort to know that since you have experienced many of the difficulties that I experience daily, you will have a naturally sympathetic and understanding attitude. Many of the psychologists I've seen tend to be patronising and clearly have no idea what it's like to have shyness.

Many Thanks

G.W. Nanny, Oxfordshire
