claire135Hi there

Welcome to Making Moves particularly if you've been struggling with confidence. I've been there myself so I do understand.

If you want to get started as soon as possible, our next round of courses start in May.

The Breakthrough Group (started 10th May - not too late to join) is the first step for  many people - I've seen some miraculous transformations in my 18 years of running this group. We are also running an extra Early Evening Group starting 17th May - we have a couple of spaces left.

If being heard, speaking up in groups or any kind of public speaking is your challenge, then then Finding Your Voice course is a good place to start. The evening course has started (12th May) but we may have a drop out, and we still have spaces on the early evening course.

"I don't know what to say" is great for people with average confidence but find themselves stumped with what to say, working through improvisation and will transform your verbal confidence and social skills. This group is pretty much full but we could take an extra.

so do get in touch.

To get a taste of what to expect we'll be running thethe Express Yourself Workshop on 17th July and the Express Yourself introductory evening  July 25th and Sept (tba) and

Best, Claire
