# What are the costs/prices of the Sunflower Effect Courses?

The Sunflower Effect Courses are priced at affordable rates because we understand that when you are **lacking in confidence, finances are often a challenge**.

So the courses are **heavily discounted**.

In order to keep the courses at these low rates, we use **lower-cost venues** like church halls or community centres.

If you work with Claire Schrader, the founder of the Sunflower Effect® you will also get the benefit of 28 years + experience running these courses. See what [participants say about our courses.](https://www.makingmoves.net/testimonials/)

You will find the details, including **cost, dates and venue, near the bottom of each course webpage**. You will also find links on each course web page, taking you to this information.

Visit our [**calendar of events**](https://www.makingmoves.net/calendar/) for links to individual course pages.

If you are paying for yourself, you will **get a discount if you pay early and in full.**

However, **if your employer is paying for you**, there is a different charge, depending on whether your employer is a charity or a regular employer. Our courses are still of great value to your employer than standard confidence courses that are often double the price and don't deliver the same results, as **[our participants testify](https://www.makingmoves.net/testimonials/).**

You can also **spread the cost of the course over 3 instalments.** There is a separate booking button for this option on the booking page.

Click here to access the **[calendar](https://www.makingmoves.net/calendar/)**, where you will see the dates and prices of upcoming courses.

**All courses can be booked online,** and there are full instructions with details of our [**terms and conditions**](https://www.makingmoves.net/terms-and-conditions/) on the online booking page. You can **access the booking page from the course web page**. But do **[get in touch with us](https://www.makingmoves.net/contact/)** if you are having any problems with booking your course.
