She uses a specially adapted form of drama – that will be introduced gradually – so you can work at your own pace and over a period of time stretch you comfort zone.
You will never be thrown up on a stage and expected to perform because her courses are not designed to make you into performer – but to give you a space where you can come out of your shell at your own pace.
