“DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE”

Course information: Dealing with Difficult People
You can book and secure your place online for the Dealing with Difficult People course below. This is by far the easiest and quickest way of booking and will guarantee your place on the course. As soon as you book your place, you have started the course and you may begin to notice some changes. This is one of the benefits of booking early rather than waiting until just before the course starts!
We will also ask you for some details:

- What you want to achieve through the course
- Any particular issues you wish to address through the course
(If you have had a telephone consultation with Claire about the course please repeat anything you discussed with her. Please note this information is strictly confidential and will not be divulged to a 3rd party for any reason.)
You can either pay:
- a non-refundable deposit of £125. ( The outstanding balance of £250 will be debited 2 weeks approx. before the course starts.)
- full payment and receive the full payment discount of £360 instead of £375
- by 3 monthly installments of £125.
PAYMENT OF NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR IN FULL
You will be able to pay the deposit of £125 by debit or credit card. Don’t miss out the discounted price of £360 when you pay in full.
The cut-off date for the non-refundable deposit is 28th April 2019, because almost immediately you will be required to pay the balance. If booking after that date you may prefer to pay by installments so you can spread your payments over 3 months (see below).
PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
The first installment of £125 will be paid immediately upon booking, with the second installment due one month after the first, and the third one month after the second. This is by far the easiest and less painless way of paying.
PAYMENT BY OTHER MEANS
Please contact Michelle, my assistant if you are having problems with making your booking or you wish to pay by other means. You will receive these details as a matter of course if you have had a telephone consultation with either Claire or Jane.
- Payment by electronic transfer or by cheque.
- Your employer has agreed to pay for you – please note there will be a £30 surcharge to cover our extra admin costs and £50 if your employers require us to be registered as a supplier. Please note we do not offer a full payment discount (which is aimed at self-paying participants) to employers.
- If the course appears to fully booked (we will add you to the waiting list and alert you as soon as a place comes available)
- If you haven’t received your confirmation (it’s a good idea to look in your spam).
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE
Once you have made payment, youn will receive a confirmation with all the details that you need to know. This is an automated service. If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, details of how you make payment for the outstanding balance will be included in your confirmation.
Please note that commitment to the process is essential in order for the group to be effective for you and all the others in the group.
As this course is aimed at people who have participated in previous courses, you will know how important it is to be fully committed to the course. Claire will do everything in her power to support you in making a significant shift in the way you communicate with the challenging people in your life, however, it is essential that you fully engage yourself and stick with it!
The group is limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure that Claire can focus intimately on your needs. We want to make sure the right people are on the course and that the course is right for you.
It is important that you are aware that when you commit to the group, you commit to completing the course and paying for all the sessions (even if you decide to leave the course). It is fine to miss a couple of sessions: however, all missed sessions must be paid for.

Please note no refund will be made if for whatever reason you cancel after the course has begun.
In the event of cancellation after paying in full, a refund of the balance (less the non-refundable deposit) will be made provided that notice of 14 days is given before the course begins,
