We are constantly updating the site and sometimes link names get changed – I have 100-plus pages on this website, so things do go adrift. We really appreciate you letting us know if you are unable to find what you are looking for. Or it may be that the webpage has been removed.
FINDING THINGS ON MY WEBSITE TIP
Mostly when you see a blue highlighted phrase or word that is a clickable link and will take you to another webpage with more detailed information.
There’s three possible ways you can find what you are looking for.
The navigation bar across the top of the website on a computer has a search symbol. You can also find this in a similar place on a mobile or tablet. It’s easier to see the symbol if you turn your device on its side.
There you can enter what you are looking for, and a series of options will come up. Use different search terms until you find the right one.
There is also a search feature in the support section and in the answer section of the orange chat box – but this will only search in the support section for answers. You can also send us a message in the Ask section.
The third is to take a look at our sitemap – where you’ll find every page currently on the website but there are a lot of them. It will look something like this. It is either a post, i.e. an article on the blog, a page, i.e. a regular webpage, or a document in our support section (this like one), i.e. a A Question you are seeking an answer. It will also show categories (for a blog article) and tags – similar to # in social media.
