I’m a therapist/counselor/practitioner – how do I refer my clients to you?

introvert client referralIf you are looking for ways of supporting your clients in developing their confidence and self-expression, particularly if they are shy, inhibited or introverted.

I am always happy to collaborate with you in a way that is complementary to the work that you are doing with them. I usually suggest either the Breakthrough Group or the Finding Your Voice Group as a good place to start.

You might want to take a look at Confidence Resources for Therapists, where I outline the different courses I offer to give you more of an idea of what might be right for your client.

How to get started

best book for building confidenceAs a first step, they may want to sign up for the free chapters from my book: From Wallflower to Sunflower.  Many participants find very helpful before participating in one of my courses.

See also my confidence resources section which has links to helpful articles and other information.

They can also check out the inspiring stories written by numerous past participants on subjects ranging from overcoming trauma,  sexual abuse to the healing of the womb twin survivor trauma.

I suggest you get in touch and tell me more about your client and what you feel their needs are – and I’ll be back in touch with you. I am always grateful for your referral.

If you’re feeling ready to take the plunge and book for one of my courses – here’s a bit of useful info as to where to get started:

The Breakthrough Group is the first step for many people – particularly if you feel shy, self-conscious or experience social anxiety. I’ve seen some miraculous transformations in my 20 years of running this course.

My next courses next start:
Wed 23rd Sept @ 7.45pm  and Tues 29th Sept   @5.30pm

Or, if speaking up in groups, being heard, or any kind of public speaking is your challenge, then the  Finding Your Voice course is a good place to start. Particularly if anxiety or nerves are an issue. I’ve had people with very severe symptoms including panic attacks, overcome these issues with relative ease.

My next courses start:
Thurs 24th Sept@ 7.45pm  and 1st Oct @5.30pm

For people who can’t get to the London courses, I will be running a daytime course on Zoom. It starts Wednesday, 30th Sept @ 10am

“I don’t know what to say” improvisation for social confidencei s great for people with average confidence who experience some form of social anxiety or awkwardness but find themselves stumped with knowing what to say.
