You can book and secure your place online for the Finding Your Voice early evening course below. This is by far the easiest and quickest way of booking and will guarantee your place on the course. As soon as you book your place, you have started the course and you may begin to notice some changes. This is one of the benefits of booking early rather than waiting until just before the course starts!
We will also ask you for some details:

- What you want to achieve through the course
- Any particular issues you wish to address through the course
(If you have had a telephone consultation with Claire about the course please repeat anything you discussed with her. Please note this information is strictly confidential and will not be divulged to a 3rd party for any reason.)
You can either pay:
- a non-refundable deposit of £110. ( The outstanding balance of £220 will be debited before the course starts.)
- full payment and receive the full payment discount of £315 instead of £330
- by 3 monthly installments of £110.

PAYMENT OF NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR IN FULL
You will be able to pay by debit or credit card. Don’t miss out the discounted price of £315 when you pay in full. To claim your discount you will need to enter the Coupon Code: FULL.
If you have paid the non refundable deposit, the balance of your course fees (£220) will be debited 2 weeks before the course starts. Thanks.
If you are unable to book for this course, this probably means that the course has filled up. Please contact us so we can alert you in case of cancellations. We will do our best to get you in. Or if you have problems paying through this button please let us know.
Or, if making payment close to the start of the course, you may prefer to pay by instalments so you can spread your payments over 3 months (see below).
PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS
The first instalment of £110 will be paid immediately upon booking, with the second instalment due one month after the first, and the third one month after the second. This is by far the easiest and less painless way of paying.
After setting up your instalments, please follow the instructions to book yourself onto the course (you will need to click a link and fill in a booking form). If you are unable to complete this, this probably means that the course has filled up so please get in touch about any problem with booking.
PAYMENT BY OTHER MEANS
Please contact us if are having problems with making your booking or you wish to pay by other means. You will receive these details as a matter of course if you have had a telephone consultation with either Claire or Michelle.
- Payment by electronic transfer or by cheque.
- Your employer has agreed to pay for you – please note there will be a £30 surcharge to cover our extra admin costs and £50 if your employers requires us to be registered as a supplier. Please note we do not offer a full payment discount (which is aimed at self-paying participants) to employers.
- If the course appears to fully booked (we will add you to the waiting list and alert you as soon as a place comes available)
- If you haven’t received your confirmation (it’s a good idea to look in your spam).
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE
Once you have made payment, you will receive a confirmation with all details that you need to know. If you don’t receive this, this could be because your email address was wrong so do look in your inbox and your spam folder and check it is there. Please get in touch if you don’t receive this – as you won’t receive other communications from us related to the course.
If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, the outstanding balance will be taken before or shortly after the course starts – see your confirmation for details.

If you attend 10 out of 12 sessions and participate fully and have gained nothing from the experience then we will refund your money.
NOTE: Because building confidence is a complex process, and everyone’s process is different we usually ask you to wait at least 6 weeks before you apply for the refund. Simply contact us and we’ll be back in touch with you.
Please note that commitment to the process is essential in order for the group to be effective for you and all the others in the group. This is one of the primary building blocks of confidence.
Claire has seen fantastic results with the people who are fully committed and willing to give themselves totally to the course with everything they’ve got. She will do everything in her power to support you in making a significant shift in your communication, however, it is essential that you fully engage yourself and stick with it!
The group is limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure that Claire can focus intimately on your needs. We want to make sure the right people are on the course and that the course is right for you.
It is important that you are aware that when you commit to the group, you commit to completing the course and paying for all the sessions (even if you decide to leave the course). It is fine to miss a couple of sessions: however, all missed sessions must be paid for.

In the event of cancellation after paying in full, a refund of the balance (less the non-refundable deposit) will be made provided that notice of 14 days is given before the course begins,
