Dear Claire…How do i really share or elaborate the worded response – ‘awesome’ – that escaped my mouth, as I read this? How do I really tell you what the ‘awesome’ springs from? How does one describe this ‘physicality’ that you so wonderfully talk about? I was thinking this thoughts as I thought of how to tell you how touched I was…. and it seemed so important to me that i share that… I felt like a christmas tree that was all ablaze with bright lights – not light-bulbs, but more like intensely bright flash-bulbs popping here and there constantly… Your article lighted me up… like a christmas tree that was dynamically lighted. Thank you. (only the tone of the voice would convey what lies within and beneath this word.)

The Express Yourself Workshop (next on 31st March) is booking now. A great place to come out of your shell with a very supportive group of people - you will be amazed at what you can achieve in just one day. 

My next Introductory Evenings are on 10th April and 2nd May- booking is open. A great way to get a taste of what to expect before joining one of my courses. These evenings fill up pretty quickly so 

My next round of course start in May:

The Breakthrough Group is the first step for many people - particularly if you feel shy, self-conscious or experience social anxiety I've seen some miraculous transformations in my 20 years of running this group.
Courses next start Wed 8th May @ 7.45pm  and Wed15th May  @5.30pm

If speaking up in groups, being heard, or any public speaking is your challenge, then the  Finding Your Voice course is a good place to start if anxiety and nerves are the issue. I've had people with very severe symptoms including panic attacks, overcome these issues with relative ease.

"I don't know what to say" improvisation for social confidence is great for people with average confidence who experience some form of social anxiety or awkwardness but find themselves stumped with knowing what to say. Working through improvisation and will transform your verbal confidence and social skills.
