You can book and secure your place online for the I Don’t Know What To Say Livestream course below. This is by far the easiest and quickest way of booking and will guarantee your place on the course.
As soon as you book your place, you have started the course and you may begin to notice some changes. This is one of the benefits of booking early rather than waiting until just before the course starts!

You can either pay:
- a non-refundable deposit of £100. ( The outstanding balance of £185 will be taken before the course starts.)
- by 3 monthly instalments of £95.

PAYMENT OF NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR IN FULL

If you are unable to book for this course, it may mean that the course has filled up. Please contact me so I can alert you in case of cancellations. I will do my best to get you in.

If making payment close to the start of the course, you may prefer to pay by instalments so you can spread your payments over 3 months (see below).
PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
The first instalment of £95 will be paid immediately upon booking, with the second instalment due one month after the first, and the third one month after the second. This is by far the easiest and most painless way of paying.
After setting up your instalments, you will receive an email confirming that you have made payment. Please follow the instructions in this email to book yourself onto the course. You will need to click a link in the email you are sent which will direct you to a booking form. Until you have filled in and sent this form you are not booked onto the course, so it’s really important you do this as soon as possible.
If you are booking late, please ignore the email you are sent asking you to click a link and fill in the form. This is because my booking system cuts off and won’t let you fill in the form. Instead, fill in this form and send to me – and I will confirm your place on the course.
PAYMENT BY OTHER MEANS
Please contact me if you are having problems with making your booking or you wish to pay by other means. You will receive these details as a matter of course if you have had a telephone consultation with either Claire or Michelle.
- Payment by electronic transfer or by cheque.
- Your employer has agreed to pay for you – please note there will be a £30 surcharge to cover our extra admin costs and £50 if your employer requires us to be registered as a supplier. Please note we do not offer a full payment discount (which is aimed at self-paying participants) to employers.
- If the course appears to fully booked (we will add you to the waiting list and alert you as soon as a place comes available)
- If you haven’t received your confirmation (it’s a good idea to look in your spam).
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE
Once you have made payment, you will receive a confirmation with all details that you need to know, before joining your course.
If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, details of how you make payment for the outstanding balance before the course starts will be included in your confirmation.

If you attend 10 out of 12 sessions and participate fully and have gained nothing from the experience then we will refund your money.
NOTE: Because building confidence is a complex process, and everyone’s process is different we usually ask you to wait at least 6 weeks before you apply for the refund. See details in our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that commitment to the process is essential in order for the group to be effective for you and all the others on the course. This is one of the primary building blocks of confidence.
We’ve seen fantastic results with the people who are fully committed and willing to give themselves totally to the course with everything they’ve got.
This may be challenging for you, particularly if you have experienced a lot of setbacks in the past or you find commitment difficult. I will do everything in my power to support you in making this significant shift in your communication. However, it is essential that you fully engage yourself and stick with it! You will receive support through the course to practice commitment and to break these old habits, so that more confident behaviour can emerge.
The group is limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure that I can focus on your specific needs. I want to make sure the right people are on the course and that the course is right for you.
It is important that you are aware that when you commit to the course, you commit to completing the course and paying for all the sessions (even if you decide to leave the course). It is fine to miss a couple of sessions: however, all missed sessions must be paid for.
