Get Daily Support to build confidence

Every day you’re bombarded with stress, aggression and negative feedback. It’s hard sometimes to keep positive and to remember all that you’re achieving.

Everyone has their good days and bad days.

This is why I offer this resource for my clients, their friends and subscribers of my newsletter – because it can be tough keeping your spirits up in our current world, particularly if you are a quieter person, or your confidence has been knocked in the past.

This is all the more important whilst you are becoming aware of the positive changes you want to make to your confidence levels.

Research has shown that it’s the little things you do every day that are going to make the real difference

THE DAILY DOSE OF INSPIRATION

This is why I’ve created The Daily Dose of Inspiration on my Facebook page and Twitter – to give you that little boost and a reminder of what you need to be focusing on.

Follow me on Facebook or Twitter  to tap into this resource 5 days a week.

My team and I work hard to find these images and create messages that we hope will inspire you – and keep you on track with making changes to your confidence levels. So we hope you can take advantage of them

Because if you’re struggling with confidence, you may have daily reminders of all the ways that you are lacking confidence.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Every day at 10:00 am there will be a positive image and message on my Facebook and Twitter pages.

Follow me on Facebook or Twitter  to tap into this resource daily. My clients have been telling me what a big difference this is making to them.

If you want to be sure of seeing the Daily Dose of Inspiration in your Facebook Newsfeed you will need to first like or follow my page and then tick “See first” which will reset the default facebook algorithm.

Do visit my Facebook or Twitter  when you need that little boost, or share it with the people who may appreciate it.

FACEBOOK LIVES

I have also recently started doing Facebook Lives. This is a great way of staying in touch, meeting me and to keep you on track around the important things to keep focussed on when you’re building confidence.

Subjects have included: Shyness the Way Out,
Say Goodbye to Living Your life on the Sidelines
Introverts make the best lovers

To hear about future Facebook Lives – like or follow my page as above. I will also announce them on my calendar

Here’s an idea of some of the things we have been posting on my Facebook and Twitter:

Choose to blossom today

Feel free to say NO whenever people invite you into uncomfortable situations. Choose your battles.

Use this weekend to be at peace. Take time for yourself.

Stay truthful to yourself, don’t hide all the beautiful things inside you just to please others.

Do drop me a line and let me know how the Daily Dose of Inspiration or the Facebook Lives are for you, or there’s a topic or post that you’d like us to include.

I wish you a wonderful day, today and every day.
