Finding Your Voice

For me it sounded like the best course for me, and after looking online and then speaking with Claire, who confirmed for my issues, I would benefit from doing the course, and she was right.

Not only was I forced to face my issues, this was done in confidence, in a fun way, with newfound friends in a very supportive and non-judgemental environment.

And near the end of the course, it felt like my issues had been greatly reduced. Time will tell how much, but I certainly feel much better for completing the course. This is a gentle way to face some big life-limiting issues.

I Don’t Know What to Say Improvisation for Confidence

Every week was a bit more challenging than the last, so it moved you out of your comfort zone little by little, but not so much that it overwhelms you. Each week gives you new insight into yourself and how to remove longstanding blocks to your confidence. It was a great course and there were like-minded people, we were all in the same boat so it felt like a safe environment to push your confidence boundaries.
