The Sunflower Effect Courses are priced at affordable rates because we understand that when you are lacking in confidence, finances are often a challenge. So the courses are heavily discounted. In order to keep the courses at these rates, we use lower-cost venues like church halls or community centres.

If you are paying for yourself, you will get a discount if you pay early and in full.
However, if your employer is paying for you, there is a different charge, depending on whether your employer is a charity or a regular employer.
You can also spread the cost of the course over 3 instalments. There is a separate booking button for this option on the booking page.

Current Prices
Currently, the taster evening – Express Yourself Introductory Evening costs between £20-25 depending on who is running it.
The one-day Express Yourself Workshop costs £115.
12-week courses cost between £285-£395 depending on which course you do.
Please be aware that some courses will increase in price due to the rise in the cost of living.
