Course information: Breakthrough Plus Confidence Course
You can book and secure your place online for the Breakthrough Plus below. This is by far the easiest and quickest way of booking and will guarantee your place on the course. As soon as you book your place, you have started the course and you may begin to notice some changes. This is one of the benefits of booking early rather than waiting until just before the course starts!
We will also ask you for some details:

- Any particular issues you wish to address through the course
(If you have had a telephone consultation with Claire about the course please repeat anything you discussed with her. Please note this information is strictly confidential and will not be divulged to a 3rd party for any reason.)
You can either pay:
- a non-refundable deposit of £130. ( The outstanding balance of £260 will be paid 2 weeks before the course starts.)
- full payment of £390
- by 3 monthly installments of £130.
PLEASE NOTE We will remove the option to pay a nonrefundable deposit approx 3-4 weeks before the course starts because almost immediately you will be required to pay the balance. We suggest you pay by monthly instalments if booking less than 3-4 weeks before the course starts, which will enable you to spread the cost of the course over 3 months.

PAYMENT OF NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR IN FULL
You will be able to pay by debit or credit card.
If you are unable to book for this course this may be because it is full. Please contact us so we can alert you in case of cancellations. We will do our best to get you in. Or if you have problems paying through this button please let us know.
PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
The first installment of £130 will be paid immediately upon booking, with the second installment due one month after the first, and the third one month after the second. This is by far the least painless way of paying. You will be asked to fill in our standard booking form after you have made payment (you will receive an email) – so that we can process your booking.
PAYMENT BY OTHER MEANS
Please contact Michelle, my assistant if are having problems with making your booking or you wish to pay by other means. You will receive these details as a matter of course if you have had a telephone consultation with either Claire or Jane.
- Payment by electronic transfer or by cheque.
- Your employer has agreed to pay for you – please note there will be a £30 surcharge to cover our extra admin costs and £50 if your employers requires us to be registered as a supplier. Please note we do not offer a full payment discount (which is aimed at sel-paying participants) to employers.
- If the course appears to fully booked (we will add you to the waiting list and alert you as soon as a place comes available)
- If you haven’t received your confirmation (it’s a good idea to look in your spam).
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE
Once you have made payment, Jane will send you a confirmation with all details that you need to know next time she is online. Please note this is not an automated service. If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, details of how you make payment for the outstanding balance 2 weeks before the course starts will be included in your confirmation.
MAKING MOVES MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Quite understandably if you are new to this approach, you don’t want to commit yourself to something that might turn out to be a waste of time and money. This is why we offer new participants a 60 DAY money back guarantee, because we know how powerful the course is. If you attend 10 out of 12 sessions and participate fully and have gained nothing from the experience then we will refund your money.
NOTE: Because building confidence is a complex process, and everyone’s process is different we usually ask you to wait at least 6 weeks before you apply for the refund. Simply contact us and we’ll be back in touch with you.
Please note that commitment to the process is essential in order for the group to be effective for you and all the others in the group. This is one of the primary building blocks of confidence.
Claire has seen fantastic results with the people who are fully committed and willing to give themselves totally to the course with everything they’ve got.
This may be challenging for you particularly if you have experienced a lot of setbacks in the past or that you find commitment difficult. Claire will do everything to support you in making this significant shift in your communication, however, it is essential that you fully engage yourself and stick with it! You will receive support through the course to practice commitment and to break these old habits, so that more confident behaviour can emerge.
The group is limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure that Claire can focus intimately on your needs. We want to make sure the right people are on the course and that the course is right for you.
It is important that you are aware that when you commit to the group, you commit to completing the course and paying for all the sessions (even if you decide to leave the course). It is fine to miss a couple of sessions: however, all missed sessions must be paid for.

Please note no refund will be made if for whatever reason you cancel after the course has begun.
In the event of cancellation after paying in full, a refund of the balance (less the non-refundable deposit) will be made provided that notice of 14 days is given before the course begins,
