Booking your place
You can book and secure your place online for the I Don’t Know What to Say – Improvisation Course below.
This is by far the easiest and quickest way of booking.
As soon as you book your place, you have started the course, and you may begin to notice some changes. This is one of the benefits of booking early rather than waiting until just before the course starts!
We shall be asking you for some details:
- Your contact details.
- What you want to achieve through the course.
- Any particular issues you wish to address through the course?
If you have had a telephone consultation about the course please repeat anything we discussed. Please note this information is strictly confidential and will not be divulged to a 3rd party for any reason.

Online Booking if you are Paying for Yourself
This also applies if you are paying for a relative or friend as a gift.
You can either pay:
- A non-refundable deposit of £115. ( The outstanding balance needs to be paid before the course starts.)
- Full payment – get the Early Bird Discount by paying in advance (usually 3 weeks before the course starts)
You will be able to pay by debit or credit card. Don’t miss out on the discounted price when you pay in full at the Early Bird rate.
Payment in Full or a Non-Refundable Deposit
£315 (Before January 15th) or £335 which can be paid in instalments or by a non-refundable Deposit £115
If paying the non-refundable deposit close to the start of the course, you may prefer to pay in instalments so you can spread your payments over 3 months (see below).
If paying for someone else, please use their personal email and mobile number so we can be in contact with them directly.
Our booking system shuts off one hour before the course starts.
Spread the Cost – Payment by Instalments
The first instalment of £112 will be paid immediately upon booking. The second instalment will be paid automatically one month after the first, and the third one month after the second.
This is by far the easiest and most painless way of paying.
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE
Once you have made payment and filled in our booking form (whether in full, a deposit or by instalments), you will receive a confirmation with all details that you need to know, before joining your course.
If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, details of how you make payment for the outstanding balance before the course starts will be included in your confirmation.
IMPORTANT
Please contact us if you haven’t received your confirmation, wish to pay by other means or are having problems with making your booking.
Online booking if your Employer is Paying for You

We have a special rate if your employer is a charity: £355
We deliberately discount our courses because many of our participants are on low incomes. Most participants are surprised at how low are prices are, given the value they have received from the course, in comparison to other courses that are more expensive.
So if your employer is paying for you, we charge slightly more to reflect the value of the course. And we don’t offer payment in instalments. We also offer in-house courses on request and we charge market rates for those courses.
IMPORTANT
If your employer has booked your place, we will need you to personally fill in our booking form, as it includes important information that we need to support you on the course. Please contact us to request a booking form.
CONFIRMING YOUR PLACE IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS PAYING FOR YOU
Once you or your employer have made payment and you have filled in our booking form, you will receive an email confirming that you are booked onto the course.
Alternatively, your employer may also require an invoice or need to register us as a supplier.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your employer making payment, haven’t received your confirmation, or are having problems with making your booking.

Commitment
Please note that commitment to the process is essential in order for the course to be effective for you and all the others on the course. This is one of the primary building blocks of confidence.
We’ve seen fantastic results with the people who are fully committed and willing to give themselves totally to the course with everything they’ve got.
This may be challenging for you, particularly if you have experienced a lot of setbacks in the past or you find commitment difficult. We will do everything in our power to support you in making a significant shift in yourself.
However, it is essential that you fully engage yourself and stick with it! You will receive support through the course to practice commitment and to break those old habits so that more confident behaviour can emerge.
The course is limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure that I can focus on your specific needs. I want to make sure the right people are on the course and that the course is right for you.
It is important that you are aware that when you commit to the course, you commit to completing the course and paying for all the sessions (even if you decide to leave the course). It is fine to miss a couple of sessions: however, all missed sessions must be paid for.
CANCELLATION
Please note no refund will be made if, for whatever reason, you cancel after the course has begun.
Please be aware that the Improvisation Course is a carefully crafted journey. It works through incremental learning. We cannot replace you with another participant if you need to drop out, as they will have missed too much of the beginning of the course.
In the event of cancellation after paying in full, a refund will be offered, provided that notice of 14 days is given before the course begins. You may also be able to transfer your payment to a future course.
